As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, **FieldCore** installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.
**Job Summary**
The Payroll Coordinator III will work under minimal supervision and be responsible for performing a variety of tasks relating to the payment of employees’ salaries and wages. These tasks include collecting, entering, and maintaining accurate record of employee’s variable pay, earnings and payouts. May also address any disputes or discrepancies regarding payment by consulting with the individuals involved, verifying information, and providing solutions as necessary. Will work in conjunction with the rest of the department to provide timely payments and maintain accurate records across local and international payrolls.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Support multiple payrolls within a designated region.
+ Review and validate variable pay data before sending through to our payroll partner.
+ Review payroll registers (e.g. earnings, deductions, taxes, ER cost) for accuracy and completeness before payroll salary disbursements are approved.
+ Manage the cash advance process and ensure advances are recovered through payroll.
+ Collects and centralizes all payroll calculation supporting information ex. bonuses, deductions.
+ Manage multiple reports and provide to management as needed.
+ Respond to some internal and external inquiries as assigned in a timely and effective manner.
+ Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee pay records and documents.
+ Sets the annual payroll calendars for the payrolls under their responsibility.
+ Support payroll testing and configuration changes as delegated.
+ May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive the FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.
**Required Qualifications & Experience** :
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 3+ year of relevant work experience in Payroll, Accounting or HR
+ Must show proficiency in the use of payroll and time and attendance systems
+ English proficiency required
