What are we looking for + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. + 5+ years of proven experience as a Payroll Manager or above. + 3+ years of people leadership experience. + Familiarity with unions and collective bargaining agreements. + Working knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite of products. + Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment. + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines. + Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. What we would love to see + Payroll certification (CPP). + Experience with UKG as an HRIS. + Experience with mergers and acquisitions from a payroll perspective. + Experience in new system implementation. + Experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage at the federal, state and county level.
