Acting as an expert of global Payroll processes, practices and tools and ensuring that their application is in line with the local legislation
Continuously reskilling and upskilling payroll team to service excellence, quality, project management as well as enabling technologies while creating a digital and agile workforce.

Individual Contributor: Performs and/or coordinates day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives. Carry out country specific change project in APJ; support global project APJ implementation; look for continuous improvement opportunities via standardisation and automation; process streamline, etc.

Knowledge & Experience
In-depth understanding about payroll end-to-end process, process streamline and digitisation. Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
