Job DescriptionThis is a role for a Payroll Executive located in Mexico City, near of angel de la independencia. The payroll executive will be responsible for administrate HR payroll functions, benefits administration, IMSS and REPSE manage.
Responsibilities
Handling of payroll-related activities and reports (payroll calculation, IDSE, SUA)Administration of benefits for the employees (food vouchers, save founds, etc)IMSS law as well as registers, cancellations and modifications and INFONAVIT law knowledgeAnalysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systemsExperience in ICSOE and SISUB control and send.Cross-functional work with other departmentsDealing with audit requests and participating in regular meetings with external and internal auditorsQualificationsRequirements
Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or Administration related (Title and professional license requered)Minimum 3 ideal 5 years of working experience as Payroll Accountant Analyst (or higher)/ Senior Payroll SpecialistEnglish request B2Excellent MS office skills, especially ExcelWorking experience with ERP systemsAdditional InformationWe offer
Work in an hybrid role, Monday to Friday (2 days home office) During training will be full on-siteHired directly by Segula & 100% under payrollbenefits package exceeding those of the law (food vouchers, save found, 20 days christmas bonus, etc)
