The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as a Payroll Benefits subject matter expert in a governance capacity working with internal stakeholders.Research, evaluate and ensure payroll benefit issues and discrepancies are resolved in a proper and timely manner.Partner with Conduent Service Center in reviewing benefits and answering questions from stakeholders.Partner with RTX Governance to research and resolve complex benefit issues, proactively recommend and implement mitigation efforts to prevent recurrence.Demonstrate expertise in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution.Coordinate test payrolls with ADP, participate in testing, reviewing the outcome and troubleshooting issues.Work closely with Conduent in ensuring all DTPs are updated and approved.Participate on payroll initiatives and key projects across all payroll initiatives.Ensuring alignment to RTX standard work, knowledge of RTX’s Benefit plans, and excellent customer service and flawless execution.Participate in all upgrade projects related to payroll and additional systems used.Create payroll/benefit reports as required.Support the ongoing alignment of RTX payroll practices and governance standards.Qualifications you must have
This role typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance and 2 or more years of relevant experience or 6 or more years of related work experience, schooling/certifications in lieu of degree.Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience preferably gained in a large corporation or outsourced/BPO environment.2 or more years experience with ADP, Workday or other enterprise payroll systems.Solid analytical skills/systems analysis capabilities with knowledge of high tech pay modeling tools and databases and at least 1 year experience working with deferred compensation, equity, and benefit plans.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirementsQualifications We Prefer
2 or more years experience and knowledge of tax withholding, voluntary deductions and payroll processing is a plus.Detailed/analytical skills (high attention to detail) with strong organization skillsInterpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy Strong experience in an active, advanced customer service environment; preferably in payroll, customer care, and/or benefits related industry.Team Player with excellent verbal and written communication skills using Microsoft Office suite of applications.Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.Demonstrated capability to work across functions/organizations.Prior experience with or knowledge of process improvement methodologiesWork Location: Hybrid: Richardson Tx

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
