Payroll / HR Manager
A well-established company in the Spokane, WA area is seeking a skilled Payroll / HR Manager for an in-office position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage HR and payroll functions within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
+ Temporary Staffing Management: Coordinate and manage temporary staffing requirements.
+ Travel Requirements: Occasional travel as needed.
+ Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and ancillary benefits.
+ Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
+ Policy & Compliance Development: Develop, implement, and monitor adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.
+ Management Coaching & Consulting: Provide guidance and support to the management team on HR-related matters.
+ Leave & Accommodation Processing: Process employee leave requests and handle accommodation arrangements.
+ Incident Investigations: Conduct investigations as necessary for any workplace incidents.
+ Payroll Management: Lead full-cycle payroll processing for a multi-state organization, requiring in-depth experience with salary, hourly, and commission payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 3-5 years of previous experience as a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager is preferred.
+ 3+ years of experience processing complex payroll processes.
+ Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
