A busy company in the Lake Hiawatha area is seeking a Payroll/HRIS Analyst to join their team. This Payroll/HRIS Analyst will get the chance to join a growing organization that loves promoting within. This Payroll/HRIS Analyst will be offered a flexible working schedule, competitive wage, and the opportunity for advancement. The ideal Payroll/HRIS Analyst will have prior experience with ADP Workforce Now and be system savvy enabling them to manage the HRIS portion of the role. Other responsibilities of this Payroll/HRIS Analyst will include but not be limited to:
+ Bi-weekly payroll processing for 500+ employees in the US
+ Ensuring all payroll information is accurate and entered timely
+ Answering all payroll related inquiries from employees while maintaining confidentiality
+ Helping with new employee onboarding
+ Will support HRIS related inquiries for the US
+ Leading routine systems data audits
+ Identifying and resolving system issues working
+ Creating/Maintaining user and system documentation for all HR processes
+ Utilizing Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data
+ Working with ADP WFN and HRIS systems

Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
+ Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role
+ Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
+ Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
+ Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
+ Familiarity with database systems and data entry procedures
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
