The Carney Group is hiring a payroll coordinator for a growing services firm near Lancaster. PA. This is a terrific opportunity to join a terrific team of professionals who are dedicated to servicing their clients!

This role will consist of the following:

Process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc payroll for internal staff and for clients Strong technical skills with experience using Paychex, ADP, QuickBooks, Sage, etc is a must Processing payroll may include but is not limited to Processed benefit enrollment, change requests, and reimbursements Responsible for processing workers compensation claims Responsible for any reporting to the State or Federal Government Conducts employment verification and other verifications as needed

Qualifications

At least 7 years' experience in processing payroll internally Strong understanding of financial concepts and payroll processes Excellent analytical skills for data entry and financial analysis Associate or Bachelor's Degree a plus, but not required.
