Description Robert Half's trusted client is seeking a Payroll Manager Consultant for a long-term engagement in the Hi-Tech Engineering sector. This hybrid role is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan and be involved in a variety of tasks such as maintaining accurate financial records, handling customer inquiries, and managing customer accounts. The day-to-day responsibilities include: • Responsible for managing and processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date customer credit records • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner • Keep a close eye on customer accounts and take necessary action when needed • Manage the administration of 401k - RRSP • Handle accounting functions and auditing tasks with proficiency • Operate and manage accounting software systems • Expertise in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now • Proficient in using Ceridian and Concur software • Manage and oversee all benefit functions.
