Payroll Manager
The Payroll and HR Manager ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with tax, benefit, and deduction regulations, and maintains employee records. Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staff while providing leadership and guidance on payroll-related matters. The role includes preparing reports, managing year-end processes, and addressing employee inquiries. This position fosters a positive work environment while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
