Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager in Richardson, Texas. As a Payroll Manager, you will oversee the full cycle of payroll processing for a diverse workforce, manage HRIS reporting, and lead a small team. This role is based in a multi-location setting and requires proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and fluency in Spanish. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the complete payroll cycle for a multi-state, multi-location workforce • Utilize ADP Workforce Now for efficient payroll processing and management • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS • Generate comprehensive HRIS reports as necessary • Supervise and guide one team member under your direct report • Handle multi-FEIN operations effectively • Ensure accuracy and compliance in auditing and accounting functions • Manage benefit functions and 401k - RRSP Administration • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking employees as necessary Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Manager or in a similar role. • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required. • Must have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions. • Knowledge of Benefit Functions is necessary. • Must be familiar with Full Cycle Payroll processes. • HRIS reporting skills are required. • Experience with HRIS Payroll System is a must. • Fluency in the Spanish language is a plus.
