Description Robert Half is recruiting for a Payroll Manager for a Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely payrolls for employees, and managing payroll related queries. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the processing of payroll in a timely and accurate manner. • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently, including bi-monthly payrolls. • Manage multi-state payroll functions ensuring compliance with all applicable state laws. • Handle payroll for a large scale of employees, more than 500. • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve them in a timely manner. • Utilize UKG Pro for payroll processing and maintenance. • Ensure accurate payroll records are maintained and updated regularly. • Handle payroll functions for unionized employees as required. Requirements • Extensive experience in managing payroll for unions is necessary. • Applicants must have knowledge and experience in handling bi-monthly payroll. • Proficiency in managing multi-state payroll is required. • Ability to handle payroll for over 500 employees is crucial. • Experience in using UKG Pro for payroll management is mandatory.
