Position Summary:
An industry leader in the live entertainment industry is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This position will have the opportunity to work closely with the Controller and be promoted internally.
Responsibilities:
Lead and enhance payroll processes to boost internal service levels and operational efficiency.Supervise and guide a team responsible for payroll functions.Oversee partnerships with external vendors supporting payroll activities.Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new locations are properly registered and integrated into the payroll system.Coordinate timely submission and processing of payroll data to meet established deadlines.Foster communication with various departments, especially venue teams, to maintain high levels of satisfaction.Discover and implement tools and strategies to streamline payroll workflows.Qualifications:
