Manage end-to-end payroll processes for approximately 135 staff members, ensuring accurate and timely monthly and weekly pay.
Conduct payroll clinics quarterly to educate and support employees regarding payroll matters.
Assist staff in reclaiming expenses related to uniforms and other work-related costs.
Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and develop a thorough understanding of individual payment methods and expenses.
Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing (minimum 3 years).
Familiarity with Sage Payroll and Xero software is essential.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently after an initial three-month training period.
QBE Essential. CIPP certification would be beneficial
