This growing med-device company is eagerly looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team! Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in full-cycle payroll processing Ability to process 500+ employees Multi-state payroll a nice to have Bachelor's degree nice to have Job Duties: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Cycle Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and contract staff. Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data, including timekeeping, deductions, and benefits. Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status. Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed. Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
