\nThe Payroll Processor conducts all payroll and balancing related duties to ensure accurate team member payment, taxes, and deductions are compliant with payroll law, tax changes, state and federal labor laws, and company polices. Job duties include:
\n\n\n\nProcess changes in rate of pay, team member Federal and State exemptions, personal information, and direct deposit and pay card information in the HR Information System (“HRIS”).\nProduce and ship timekeeping materials, such as sign-in sheets.\nCollect and track completed timekeeping material for each pay period.\nReview timesheet exception reports and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.\nCreate payroll import and upload into HRIS.\nPrepare batch balancing sheet for reconciliation to HRIS.\nProvide reconciled batch balancing report and exception reports to manager for document retention.\nPrepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile payroll to payroll register.\nWork closely with field managers to resolve any payroll related issues.\nUtilize multiple timekeeping systems to produce automated payroll import into core HRIS.\nProcess team member requests for statement of earnings.\nField incoming payroll phone calls and resolve team member pay issues associated with calls.\nResearch and submit vacation and sick pay balance adjustments to the supervisor for approval.\nResearch and submit pay adjustments related to previous errors or retroactive increases for approval.\nExecute changes in HRIS and processes to comply with changes in tax and deduction laws researched by the Audit and Compliance departments.\nRetain statistical reports, statements, registers, and summaries related to pay.\nDistribute team member W-2’s.\nResearch and produce W-2c's.\nAssist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end balancing and preparations.\nCompile data for issuing off cycle checks and pay card loads.\nMaintain pay card data in the HRIS.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n\n\n

\n\n\nThis is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
