Key Responsibilities: + Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple states, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. + Process payroll adjustments, direct deposits, garnishments, and levies. + Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions, handling high volumes of employees and data. + Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to maintain employee records, ensure wage compliance, and resolve payroll discrepancies. + Prepare and review payroll reports and ensure accurate tax filings. + Assist with audits and ensure payroll systems are up to date and compliant with company policies. + Provide exceptional customer service by responding to payroll inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a large company or multi-state environment. + Strong proficiency in payroll software such as ADP (Vantage or WFN preferred), Workday, or other payroll systems. + Experience handling payroll for hourly, salaried, and contract employees. + Knowledge of wage garnishments, tax filings, and payroll laws. + Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. + Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP preferred).
