Make an impact

The Payroll Processor will provide support for all payroll related functions within our company.  The payroll processor will maintain all payroll-related accounts and be responsible for maintaining the relationships with our employees and managers. Accurately charge the proper general ledger account and charge subsequent departments or funds.

Review timecards for accuracy, tax set up and garnishments.

Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation

Answer Managers' questions regarding payroll related items

Perform periodic internal audits of various payroll areas

Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

What you should Bring

Knowledge and experience with accounting and payroll principles, procedures, labor and tax laws

Experience working with Workday

Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; Including Word and Excel

Detail oriented with excellent office skills including typing and proofreading

Ability to represent company in a professional manner
