Payroll Specialist – Office Assistant

A growing company is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist – Office Assistant. This is a permanent job opportunity after a 90 day probationary period.

The payroll specialist is responsible for helping with day to day payroll functions. Some of the duties include completing payroll timekeeping, entering deduction changes, entering direct deposit changes, calculating retroactive payments, completing payroll reconciliations, audits, as well as reviewing and processing the bi-weekly payroll. General office assistant duties as well.

Payroll experience is preferred, however, not required.
