Description We are in the process of expanding our team with the inclusion of a Payroll Specialist. This role is based in Solvang, California, 93463, United States, and it is crucial to our operations within the industry. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be entrusted with key responsibilities, such as processing payroll, using accounting software systems, and maintaining a high level of client interface. Responsibilities: • Carry out accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll • Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client payroll data • Handle client interface, ensuring a high-touch, quality service is maintained • Perform auditing tasks related to payroll and accounting functions • Manage 401k - RRSP Administration as part of the role • Use About Time software for efficient payroll processing • Carry out benefit functions as part of the payroll process • Resolve any payroll-related issues promptly and professionally • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all tasks.
