Key Responsibilities:

Distribute paychecks accurately and on timeMaintain precise records of employee paymentsTrack employee wages, overtime, sick days, and vacation daysCollaborate with HR and Accounts to ensure accurate payroll informationUtilize payroll software for data entry and record managementVerify employee records and resolve discrepanciesRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and deductionsCalculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductionsProcess new hires, promotions, and terminationsInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred)Experience: 2+ years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to communicate effectively with diverse personalities
