ADP Iberia provides payroll and HR outsourcing services to its clients. To provide the best service, it must have a large area of client service professionals and a product that provides service to both client users and internal users who perform the entire payroll process, portal administration, social security management, etc.
Role:
Manage the assigned client portfolio, complying with the deadlines agreed in each process and ensuring optimum quality in the results delivered.
Ensure legal compliance, in accordance with current regulations, in all processes carried out and proactively seek improvements that can ensure greater quality or efficiency in the service.
Participate in those internal projects that the company may assign to implement new tools or processes.
Responsibilities:
On-site client service management: specific requirements, requests relating to the service management process, as well as legal aspects. Resolution and management of incidents arising from the service. Conducting regular meetings with the clients in charge: agreeing and updating the payroll calendar and daily processes agreed with the client. Review and preparation of data relating to administrative processes for payroll processing (Performing functional tests on the platform/s). Processing the client's payroll and performing the necessary controls defined by the department to ensure the quality of the process and service to the client. Management of the client's rental period Carrying out and sending periodic reports related to the payroll process (IRS, social security files, payroll accounting reconciliation ....).III. Qualifications:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in similar position Knowledge of Portuguese labor law Knowledge of payroll and HR software and applications Advanced knowledge of EXCEL More than 500 payrolls processed Knowledge of DMR / Social Security Processing of new hires and terminations
