Payroll Specialist
Job Title: Payroll Specialist needed in Orlando FL! This is a 3 days on site and 2 days remote role. No weekends or holidays! Responsibilities + Coordinate efforts with Human Resources to ensure payroll data integrity. + Execute time and attendance processing and interface with payroll. + Manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions. + Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports. + Ensure accurate computing, withholding, and deductions. + Process manual checks for terminations and discrepancies. + Develop ad hoc reporting as needed. + Resolve payroll inquiries from team members promptly. + Maintain knowledge of multi-state payroll, wage and hour laws, and wage withholding orders. + Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed. + Communicate effectively with management, peers, and coworkers. + Demonstrate sound decision-making skills and multitask in a deadline-driven environment. + Maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
