Job Description

About The Role:

 

Accomplish all the regular payroll, off cycle payroll and Year-end documents delivery to all employees and accurate mannerPerform and ensure payroll processes, reports and delivery are compliance with local tax and labor law, internal and external audit and security requirements, ICFR, and BCP ready. •Stay informed about current payroll legislation and ensure payroll compliance for the countryManage relationship with all stakeholders and third-party vendor, ensuring they meet performance standards and compliance requirements and able to provide recommendation for improvementWork with Vendor Technical, Vendor Business, HR, GL, IT and Audit teamKeep documentation updated such Payroll Policy, Payroll Matrix and Process NotePerform backup activities for peersMeasurement management including preparing relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reportsRecommend continuous improvement project that enhance, responsive, accurate and well controlled service delivery and customer satisfaction ratingsAct as the first level of contact for any escalated payroll issue in the team, Managing escalation independently and swiftly

Qualifications

More About You:

 

Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification, in HR, Finance, Statistics, Account or related fieldMinimum of 4+ years of experience with multi payroll, HR and Finance practices in MNC environment. Support Australia/India/China in current or prior experience is good to haveGood command of both spoken and written English. Chinese is an added advantage as you will need to support CN as one of the market for this roleYou will work according to timeline and manage several demands, demonstrating accuracy & attention to detail.Initiator, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities, a systems thinker with a process orientation and outstanding attention to details
