Direct Hire position$62,400.00 to $70,720.00 /annuallyFull Time work availableFirst ShiftAdminister and process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees using Paylocity, including full-time, part-time, and temporary staff.Handle multi-state payroll processing, ensuring compliance with varying state and local regulations.Manage payroll complexities across multiple jurisdictions, including taxes, wage requirements, and reporting.Ensure accurate calculation of hours, overtime, PTO, deductions, and bonuses in compliance with company policies and labor laws.Compliance and Tax Registration: Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll regulations to ensure compliance.Full job description will be gone over in the interview.Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
3+ years of previous payroll experience requiredHigh school diploma or GEDAssociates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferredMust be proficient in payroll software like Paylocity or PaycomMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
