Payroll Specialist

Description: The Payroll Specialist role involves processing payroll, conducting audits, and assisting with various payroll-related tasks under the supervision of the US Payroll Supervisor.

Requirements:

Proficient in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Conduct audits on employee records and reconcile totals by department, location, etc. Enforce policies to ensure accurate calculation and application of deductions. Verify compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Assist with internal audits, workers' compensation, tax filing, and other payroll processes.

Preferred Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of ADP/SAP Payroll experience. Minimum of 3 years of ADP Global View experience. Experience with ADP eTime is preferred. Familiarity with Workday is advantageous. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Strong team player capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
