An excellent client of ours located in Ambler, PA is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team!

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting or Finance highly preferred 3-5+ years of payroll experience in processing multiple entity and multi state payrolls.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for processing of all garnishment and wage levy requests and documentationAssist with biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax preparation and filing. This includes federal, state, local and unemployment filingsProcess miscellaneous pay data updates such as STD, FSA, Commission, etc.Assist with the review and audit of the biweekly payroll information and reportsAssists employees and supervisors with time keeping questions and issuesPaycard liaison between communities and vendorResponsible for biweekly payroll funding reportsResponsible for employee replacement checks as neededProvide back up support for the biweekly payroll processingProcess verifications of employment as neededMay perform other duties as assigned
