Responsible for day-to-day payroll processing functions in Ultipro applications.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High School diploma or equivalent is required with at least 3 years multi-state payroll experience in an hourly labor environmentADP & Ceridian proficiency in Payroll & Timekeeping softwareFundamental Payroll Certificate (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a plusKnowledge of applicable state & federal wage & hour laws.Multi-state payroll processing experience.Meticulous attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressureCapable of working independently & as a team member with general supervisionAbility to work under pressure and adhere to tight schedulesExcellent customer service time-management & prioritization skills a mustStrong analytical skillsCommitment to accuracy & qualityAbility to work in a fast paced environmentProficiency in Word & Excel with clear written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to maintaining confidential information

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Adhere to the policies outlined in the Aimbridge Employee Handbook.Answer timecard questionsMake sure timecards are approved by 5pm deadlineMake sure last minute new hires have been enteredExport data from Time Pro into payroll systemProcess trial run of payrollReview payroll for errorsTransmit payroll by Noon deadline Central timeReview payroll reportsSort payroll checks/stubs and / or pay cards to send to propertiesCreate PTO Report for Director of Shared ServicesProcess all Payroll Changes (new W-4's Timecard badge reissues direct deposits pay card updates garnishments address updates status changes)Review new hire paperwork and enter direct deposit infoRun reports for benefits and operationsRespond to phone calls/emailsCreate and maintain GM access in payroll processing system to access paycheck stubsRespond to wage verificationsOther responsibilities as required by the Payroll Manager or other supervisorsSubmit the monthly Bureau of Labor Statistics reportSubmit State reports as needed
