Description We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in PULASKI, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting software systems. You will also be required to provide on-site support to resolve any payroll-related challenges and improve the overall functioning of the system. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate processing and recording of the company's payroll through accounting software systems • Provide on-site support and assistance in payroll-related queries and challenges • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient payroll management • Work with Ceridian and Dayforce systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date payroll records • Oversee 401k - RRSP Administration to ensure compliance and accuracy • Perform various accounting functions related to payroll • Conduct regular audits to ensure all payroll records are accurate • Manage and oversee benefit functions related to payroll • Resolve any payroll discrepancies and ensure all payroll functions are running smoothly and efficiently • Take appropriate action to improve the overall functioning and efficiency of the payroll system.
