Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in the hospitality industry, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role involves accurate and efficient processing of payroll and maintaining employee records. Responsibilities: • Perform payroll operations for a substantial number of employees • Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing • Handle payroll for unionized employees • Execute biweekly and bi-monthly payroll processes • Maintain accurate records of employee payroll information • Resolve any payroll related inquiries promptly and accurately. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software is required. • Must possess experience in handling Union Payroll. • Capable of managing payroll for a workforce ranging from 101 to 500 employees. • Demonstrated ability to process biweekly payroll. • Experience in processing bi-weekly payroll is necessary.
