Description We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist located in Asheville, North Carolina. The individual in this role will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to payroll processing, employee benefits reconciliation, and the use of the i-solved platform. This opportunity offers a contract with potential for a long-term employment arrangement. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process payroll for over 150+ employees across three entities. • Use accounting software systems for payroll and other accounting functions. • Reconcile employee benefits, including 401k administration. • Maintain and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce. • Utilize i-solved platform for single state payroll management. • Apply auditing skills to ensure compliance and accuracy in all payroll related tasks. • Manage and resolve any payroll related inquiries from employees. • Utilize Excel features such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data management. • Ensure all payroll tasks are completed within a 4-day work week. • Use the About Time system for efficient time tracking and management. Requirements • Applicant should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the role of a Payroll Specialist, preferably in the Real Estate & Property industry. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is expected. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a requirement. • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is essential for this role. • Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce systems will be considered an advantage. • Ability to handle 401k - RRSP Administration is necessary. • Experience with About Time software will be beneficial. • Proficiency in Accounting Functions is required. • Auditing skills are essential for this role. • Knowledge of Benefit Functions is a requirement for this position.
