Description We are providing a contract employment opportunity for a focused and proficient Payroll Specialist at our TOWSON, Maryland location. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks related to payroll and accounts payable, including processing payroll using ADP, managing journal entries, and reconciling credit cards. Responsibilities • Accurately manage payroll tasks using ADP • Handle credit card reconciliation tasks • Execute journal entry tasks efficiently • Ensure proper processing of travel reimbursements • Oversee accounts payable processes, including check issuance Requirements • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role • Proficiency in payroll software, with a particular emphasis on ADP • Demonstrated ability to process payroll accurately and efficiently • Familiarity with credit card reconciliation processes • Proven skills in creating and managing journal entries • Experience with travel reimbursements is a must • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
