We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to ensure our employees receive accurate compensation on time. In this role, you will handle paychecks, contributions to retirement plans, and manage tax information, making a significant impact in our employee's career. Responsibilities: + Process organization's payroll in a timely and accurate manner. + Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and employee files. + Calculate correct amounts for wages, deductions, and withholdings. + Ensure legal compliance with all payroll-related activities. Requirements + Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. + Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist. + Strong understanding of general payroll practices and regulations. + High level of proficiency in using accounting and payroll software.
