Description We are working with a growing manufacturing firm in Eden Prairie seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist. In this position you will be in charge of several key operations of our growing company. Responsibilities include: + Management of timecards: Validating and approving + Handling multi-state tax reporting: Involving 30-35 states + General ledger reporting + Managing semi-monthly payment cycles in real time for both salary and hourly employees + Payroll management for two non-union companies spanning approximately 600 employees Requirements: + 5-8 years of experience in similar roles + Proficient with BST, UKG and timecard management + Knowledgeable in multi-state tax reporting This contract to hire position offers a significant opportunity for the right candidate to evolve within our productive workforce.
