Payroll Specialist
Job Title: Payroll SpecialistJob Description We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage semi-monthly payroll for a workforce of under 100 people using ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate will have experience with both exempt and non-exempt payroll and will be able to handle multiple shifts and commissions. Responsibilities + Manage and process semi-monthly payroll for under 100 employees using ADP Workforce Now + Handle payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees + Manage payroll across multiple shifts + Calculate and process commissions + Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Essential Skills + 1-2 years of payroll experience + Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now + Experience with exempt and non-exempt payroll + Ability to handle payroll for multiple shifts + Experience with calculating commissions Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience managing payroll for a workforce of under 100 people + Ability to work independently and ensure accurate payroll processing Work Environment You will cover one pay period alone and one with an overlapping employee. The role requires availability from February 5th to March 11th, with a potential start date of February 3rd. The position involves managing payroll independently while the current payroll specialist is out of the country. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
