Description We are offering a temporary employment opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in New York, New York. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be involved in managing various facets of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and handling high volume transactions in a consulting industry environment. Responsibilities: • Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing • Handle multi-state payroll processing for multiple entities • Support high volume payroll processing tasks • Utilize ADP and other accounting software systems for efficient payroll management • Oversee 401k - RRSP administration and other benefit functions • Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy in payroll and accounting functions • Manage payroll for over 500 employees and ensure compliance with payroll regulations • Handle payroll garnishments and other payroll related issues • Utilize ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, and other related platforms for efficient payroll management • Address and resolve any payroll related inquiries in a timely manner.
