Key Responsibilities: + Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for employees accurately and on time. + Verify and reconcile payroll data, including timesheets, tax withholdings, and deductions. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. + Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries. + Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to maintain accurate records. + Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed. Qualifications: + Experience: Minimum of 3 years in payroll processing. + Software Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday, etc.) and strong Excel skills. + Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance standards. + Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
