Responsibilities:

Collect and verify timekeeping data for each employee.Process biweekly payroll for 500 employees across multiple states, including OR, WA, ID, HI, CA, and others.Handle payroll for both salaried and hourly staff.Calculate and manage various payroll deductions, such as garnishments.Ensure the accuracy of payroll data and make necessary adjustments.Respond promptly and professionally to payroll-related inquiries from employees.Enter payroll details into the payroll system.Generate and distribute payroll reports.Provide support for Accounts Payable processing as needed.
