Description We are in search of a Payroll Specialist to join our team operating in the financial services industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of customer credit applications, maintaining accurate records, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Administer credit applications of customers with precision and speed • Oversee customer accounts, ensuring they are updated and accurate • Respond to and resolve inquiries from customers in a timely manner • Utilize accounting software systems effectively for all related tasks • Work with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various operations • Implement Ceridian and Dayforce for specific administrative tasks • Conduct auditing related to payroll and accounts • Manage 401k - RRSP Administration tasks • Oversee the execution of accounting functions • Handle benefit functions as per company policy and regulations.
