Payroll Specialist
Adecco is assisting top electrical manufacturing client to fulfill the following role: **_Job Title: Payroll Specialist_** **Requirements / Technical Qualifications:** - Associate degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education. - 3-5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience - Experience processing payroll on ADP GlobalView, Ceridian Dayforce, or SAP, preferred - Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the APA, preferred. - Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel proficiency. - Location: GREENVILLE, SC 29607 **Key Responsibilities:** - End-to-end Payroll Processing Cycle - Perform accurate and timely entry of job, salary, and personal data that is not interfaced from the HRIS system to the payroll system. - Manage workload and payroll processing deadlines with Managed Services - Analyze and resolve data discrepancies between the HRIS and payroll database systems - Comply with all audit requirements and internal control standards for supporting documentation and accuracy. - Provide employee support regarding personnel records, time input, and earnings, deductions, and tax. - Enter, follow-up, and resolve tickets in the ServiceNow and ADP CRM tools. - Prepare and process off cycle payrolls to ensure compliance with state regulations relating to final pay What we offer? - Pay Rate: $33 per hour - Assignment Type: Temp to hire - The first 2-3 weeks of training will be fully in the office, once the training is completed the system will change to hybrid: M/T/W in office, Th/F remote.
