Payroll Specialist
Job Title: Payroll Specialist One of our large healthcare clients in the Tallahassee, FL area is looking to add a payroll specialist to their team. Responsibilities + Processes bi-weekly payrolls for all entities accurately. This is for a high volume of employees. + Ensure all payments are processed in accordance with company policies and compliant with all Federal and State requirements. + Assist in the education of all managers and timekeepers to ensure compliance. + Provide support to employees with payroll issues or access to online wage access. Necessary Skills + Payroll processing experience + Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of Pivot Tables and V lookups Preferred Skills + Proficiency in ADP E-Time + Experience with Access Software + Understanding of payroll tax holding + Experience with time and attendance tracking + Knowledge of deductions, reconciliations, and remittances Work Environment Small team consisting of three people total: a manager, one specialist, and this position.
