Description We are offering a part time temporary employment opportunity based in Parsippany, New Jersey, for a Payroll Specialist. The role demands a high level of organization and attention to detail, with responsibilities encompassing the processing of customer applications, the maintenance of precise customer records, and the resolution of customer inquiries. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action is also a crucial part of this role. Responsibilities: • Process biweekly payroll for a significant number of employees • Handle tax-related matters pertaining to payroll • Manage garnishments within payroll • Implement new payroll systems and processes • Administer multistate payroll operations • Handle and resolve customer inquiries regarding payroll • Maintain and update customer credit records accurately • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, Dayforce, 401k - RRSP Administration, About Time, and Accounting Functions to perform job duties effectively Requirements • Extensive knowledge and experience in ADP - Financial Services • Proficiency in Dayforce software • Familiarity with 401k - RRSP Administration • Proficient in using About Time software • Solid understanding of Accounting Functions • Ability to Process Payroll accurately and efficiently • Experience in handling Payroll - Garnishments • Capable of processing Biweekly Payroll • Proficient in handling Multistate Payroll Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
