Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for 2-3 months. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization of approximately 1500 employees. The position is hybrid, requiring one day a week in the office after the initial training week.

We Would Love To Hear With Those:2+ years of payroll experience.Knowledge of benefit, garnishment, and tax deductions.Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.Personable and professional demeanor.Attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Work Environment:

Our work environment is very team-oriented and supportive, with a high level of direct and straightforward communication. The team will pitch in and help when needed. The role offers flexibility with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the earliest start time at 7:00 AM and the latest at 8:30 AM. The position is hybrid, requiring one day a week in the office after the first week of training. Training includes job shadowing with the team lead and reviewing reports for accuracy. Benefits include consultant benefits, 401k, sick pay, and 8 holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.37 - $35.46/hr.
