Description We are actively seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a team in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and handling payroll-related inquiries. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity within the industry. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process payroll information. • Utilize accounting software systems for payroll operations. • Maintain precise payroll records for future reference and audits. • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly. • Perform accounting functions related to payroll. • Implement automated payroll systems for streamlined operations. • Process payroll for union members as per the stipulated guidelines. *Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.
