Payroll Specialist/HRIS Analyst
Job Description + Ensures the timely and accurate processing of HR Payroll information including new hires, terminations, status changes, payroll deductions, and data file information for a multi-state, multi-entity organization. + Ensures the compliance with all applicable state and federal employment taxation and wage and hour laws + Prepares payroll reports for internal and external partners. + Review personnel action forms to verify correct data entry. + Resolves escalated payroll issues, responds to associate inquiries, and enforces payroll policy. + Coordinates payroll records management, reviews, audits, and ensures data accuracy. + Facilitates end-to-end HR processes and ensures accuracy, including review of HRIS workflow transactions, system uploads and quarterly HRIS data audits. + Updates, maintains and publishes organizational charts. + Resolves tickets for HR system-related issues. + Administers consolidated policies and practices related to payroll timing, general ledger, reporting, time-off practices and other procedures + 70% Payroll, 30% HRIS Additional Skills & Qualifications + Certified Payroll Professional designation + Dayforce HRIS proficiency + Bachelor's Degree #prioritywest25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
