Summary: Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes, ensure compliance with tax guidelines, and support special payroll projects.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
3+ years of progressive payroll experience
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Preferred Skills:
Experience with UltiPro Payroll, Costpoint Payroll, and Deltek T&E Systems
Responsibilities:
Calculate and submit accurate payroll data for assigned employee groups
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax guidelines
Create, review, and audit manual checks
Prepare manual upload files for payroll processing
Manage garnishment payroll entries and reviews
Support employee receivables process
Resolve routine and complex payroll anomalies
Prepare external reports and research GL matters
Assist help desk team with employee escalations
Pay:30-36

Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
