Payroll Supervisor

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of payroll specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Payroll System Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of payroll systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.System Optimization: Design and configure payroll systems, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and regulatory requirements.Vendor Management: Oversee payroll vendor relationships, ensuring services meet performance expectations and comply with contractual terms.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure payroll processes comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies. Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining payroll processes and implementing best practices.Employee Support: Address payroll inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to support seamless payroll integration with wider organizational functions.What you need to be successful:
Proven experience in payroll management, including system implementation and vendor oversight (minimum 5 years).Fluency in English (both written and spoken).Leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.Hands-on experience with payroll software and systems; implementation experience.Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.Experience working in international companies and environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Nice-to-Have:
