Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor/Manager in Lebanon, Tennessee, in the Restaurants & Catering industry. As a Payroll Supervisor/Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing payroll operations, managing a team, and ensuring the highest level of accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise full cycle payroll operations for a large number of employees
• Utilize Workday ERP and HRIS systems for efficient payroll management
• Monitor and manage the payroll team, ensuring a high level of productivity and accuracy
• Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Handle inquiries related to payroll and resolve them in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Oversee and manage the administration of benefits including 401k
• Use ADP, ATS, Ceridian, and Crystal Reports to optimize payroll processes
• Perform regular accounting functions related to payroll
• Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions and activities
• Utilize the 'About Time' software for efficient payroll management. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Payroll Supervisor or Manager role within the Restaurants & Catering industry
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for payroll management
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for data transfer
• Experience with Ceridian software for HR and payroll management
• Proficiency in generating and interpreting Crystal Reports
• Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration for employee benefits management
• Experience with About Time software for efficient workforce management
• Demonstrable understanding of Accounting Functions, including payroll accounting
• Proven track record in Auditing, particularly with respect to payroll
• Experience with Benefit Functions, including benefits administration and management
• Proficiency in using Workday software for HR and payroll tasks
• Familiarity with Workday ERP for integrated business process management
• Experience with Workday HRIS for human resources management
• Knowledge of Workday Payroll for effective payroll management
