Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director in the legal industry, located in New York. The role involves optimizing payroll processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with government regulations. This position also involves overseeing payroll reconciliations, system maintenance, and handling various analytical requests. Responsibilities: • Enhance our payroll processes using UKG to ensure efficiency and full compliance with government regulations. • Oversee payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain and manage the payroll system for optimal performance. • Handle various ad hoc analytical requests to support decision-making. • Foster a methodical approach to work, ensuring attention to detail and a deep commitment to delivering quality work. • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll-related tasks. • Apply ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer. • Leverage Ceridian and Crystal Reports for processing and reporting payroll information. • Oversee 401k - RRSP Administration to ensure employees' retirement benefits are well managed. • Use About Time software for efficient time and attendance tracking. • Perform various accounting functions related to payroll. • Conduct auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processes. • Manage benefit functions to ensure employees' benefits are well administered. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now • Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential • Familiarity with Ceridian software • Knowledge of Crystal Reports • Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration • Proficiency in About Time software • Strong understanding of Accounting Functions • Experience in Auditing • Ability to manage Benefit Functions • Legal industry experience preferred • Prior experience in a similar role such as Payroll Supervisor, Manager, or Director • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong leadership skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
