Description We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director to strengthen our team located in Lebanon, Tennessee. As the Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director, you will be tasked with managing payroll operations for a significant number of employees, maintaining accurate payroll records, and ensuring the effective use of Workday software. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team. This position is HYBRID, in office Monday-Wednesday and remote Thursday and Friday. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of bi-weekly payroll for a large number of employees across various states. • Implement and uphold Workday software functionalities for efficient payroll operations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees. • Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner. • Supervise and manage a team, fostering a productive and cooperative work environment. • Monitor and take necessary actions on employee accounts as needed. • Ensure compliance with business casual dress code in the workplace. • Balance on-site responsibilities with remote work capabilities. Requirements • Proficiency in using Workday Payroll, demonstrating a strong understanding of its functionalities. • Demonstrable leadership skills to guide and oversee a team. • Exceptional ability to manage and supervise payroll operations smoothly. • Strong ability to ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and standards in multiple states. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with other departments. • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information responsibly. • Advanced problem-solving skills to manage any payroll-related issues effectively. • Strong numerical skills for accurate payroll computations.
